Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all digital goods purchased from www.adsenstudio.com.

Delivery Method
Digital goods are delivered via a download link emailed to the purchaser’s email address provided at checkout after successful payment.

No Refunds After Download

• No refunds will be issued once a digital file has been downloaded via the emailed link. By downloading the file you acknowledge acceptance of this policy.

Refunds for Unsuccessful Transactions

• If a transaction fails or is not completed, refunds may be issued upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of payment failure. Submit evidence and transaction details to creative.hub@adsenstudio.com.

Defective or Corrupted Files

• If you receive a defective or corrupted file, you must send the corrupted file to creative.hub@adsenstudio.com as evidence. After verification, Adsen Studio™ will either provide a replacement file or issue a refund at its discretion.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Email creative.hub@adsenstudio.com with: Order ID, purchaser name, date of purchase, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., payment failure proof or corrupted file). We will acknowledge receipt and respond with next steps.

Exceptions and Limitations

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, missed deadlines, or partial revisions unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • Adsen Studio™ reserves the right to refuse refunds where evidence is insufficient or where abuse of the refund process is suspected.

Recordkeeping

  • Keep your order confirmation email and any download links. These records help verify delivery and support refund or replacement requests.
